11 Minors and Age Restriction

The phlwin.pro Platform is strictly intended for individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.

During the registration process, all users are required to confirm their date of birth and may be required to submit a government-issued ID for age verification.
